- **Accommodation is dormitory style. Pls note that males and females will be separated.

Notes:

1. Registration fees are payable in SGD (Singapore Dollars) only.

2. Registration fees include lunches, afternoon teas, and dinners.

3. Married couples who wish to share a room, please book your accommodation with YMCA only as Stansfield Residences does not have accommodation for married couples. Rates are at S$90 nett per room per night with breakfast for Standard Twin room and S$130 per room per night for Standard Family (Triple) Room with breakfast. Please make your booking early as there are limited no. of rooms available.

Registration Process

Important

• Registration is accepted on a “first come – first served” basis upon receipt of payment in full.
• Registration forms without payment will not be processed.
• Once payment has been cleared, you will receive confirmation either via email or fax only.
•All registration fees paid are non-refundable, except in the case of a cancelled or postponed event.
• GCoMM Asia reserves the right to reject/accept any application.

Insurance

Participants are encouraged and advised to purchase their personal travel insurance. The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries, damages or loss to individual or belongings during GCoMM Asia 2010.
